About
Maddi and Chloé met in 2020 through instagram, when they were both selected to pose for a swimsuit calendar featuring models with physical disabilities. Fast forward to 2022, and the two finally met in person in Madrid and decided to take a road-trip together through Spain. It was on this road-trip where Disability Travel Diaries was born.
As Chloé is based in the Netherlands/London (U.K) and Maddi in New Jersey, USA, Disability Travel Diaries has a vast global reach and is looking for any opportunity to partner and promote the global accessibility agenda.
Chloé van Dalen

Has had a variable disability for the last 19 years and this has made her an expert on different levels of mobility accessibility. She's a mixed ambulant wheelchair user who, writes, speaks, interviews and creates content that has everything to do with accessibility within the Hospitality, Tourism & Entertainment industry and of products that make it easier to experience all these destinations to the fullest. Fun fact, she has her Wine 3 SDEN levels to truly be able to enjoy the wonderful locations we assess.
If you want to know to what level of mobility users your venue is accessible, schedule a call. Or you want us to create content that highlights to the world that you are an accessible location that the disability community can visit, let's schedule a meeting.
